Erin became the hospital manager in January 2022, she has been at Northside for over 17 years! She started when she was just 15 years old as a volunteer, and officially joined the staff at the age of 17. She has since assumed many roles at NAH, including kennel tech, vet tech, and receptionist. Her years at Northside gave her the experience and to be able to become a Lead Customer Care Representative.

      Erin and her husband, Zack, have been together for 12 years and are the proud parents of 4 beautiful children, 3 dogs, 2 cats.

     Erin’s hobbies include spending time with her family and coaching her daughters softball team.
