Dr. Stewart is originally from Georgia and grew up in Georgia and California. She completed her undergraduate degree at Tuskegee University and veterinary school at Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine. Her focus is small animal medicine, but she enjoys working with large animals as well. She was also a professional dog trainer prior to being a vet and it is still a hobby of hers. She has a number of animals including dogs, cats, ferrets, reptiles, and farm animals. When she's not working, she enjoys hiking or swimming adventures with the dogs and spending time with her other pets.
