Ladies and Gentlemen, we would like to inform you that with in the next couple of weeks we will be partially reopening. We will start with dropping off patients at the front door, and picking up patients and paying for services at the side door. About a week later we will allow 1 person and their pet per each exam room (4 exam rooms) and 2 in the waiting room. Of course if you are not comfortable with being inside the clinic you can still drop your pet off for their appointment and we will let you know when to pick them back up. We will have signs posted to help everyone better understand. Our phones and clinic will close from 1130-100pm to allow our team to make more timely call backs, catch up on emergency appointments that happened during the morning, and refill prescriptions. This lunch closing also allows our staff to have training in new systems that we are implementing to better serve you, our beloved clients. We also have initiated online booking to help our clients with access to care. Through the next week we will hiring more staff, implementing a online payment tool, adding a text check in and communication tool, online records printing, online prescription refill requests, and scheduled boarding. The staff at Northside truly loves their clients. We miss interacting with you and providing exceptional service. Veterinary medical personnel are not required to have the COVID vaccine, and as such it is a personal decision. With that said, please, as we reopen, conduct yourselves according to the CDC and clinic policies of wearing a face mask, getting your temperature taken, and washing your hands or hand sanitizing.
